1. Description

 

       This equipment is known as TAB Bonding Machine, which is used to rework when the flat cable of LCD under 80’ is damaged or broken off.

Place LCD & equipment platform/suck vacuum——Suck FPC with ACF by clamp or sucking board——Turn over FPC turning plate on LCD——Counterpoint/adjust triaxial fine-tuning frame——Press both start buttons——Pressure head presses down and finishes hot-press——Movement finished——Manually move LCD on PCB——Start again, hot-press finished.

 

3. SOP
