On-site Support
Over the years, ULMT has expanded manufacturing and after-sales services to various sites in China and in the USA to satisfy customer’s specific needs. Currently, we have facilities in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, and we are willing to expend our global footprint to any other countries if required: wherever you need us, we are there for you.
Moreover, not only we deliver our fixtures and equipment to your premises and install them, but we also provide on-site support until you feel comfortable with using our products.
Our on-site support engineer teams are composed of experienced mechanical, electrical and software engineers, who are involved in the project from its early stage. On top of that, each on-site support team leader is a senior engineer, with over 5 years experience. Consequently, if a problem arises, we are capable of providing efficient and long term solutions within 15 minutes for a simple issue, 2 hours for an intermediate one and no more than 10 hours for a difficult problem.
Last but not least, we are able of machining mechanical parts in most of our facilities, including our US branch, so if any modification needs to be made to our fixtures, we can fabricate the necessary parts locally and deliver them immediately.
High Capacity, Speed and Quality
We have around 600 employees to achieve high production capacity, own more than 300 machining equipment and have resources up to 4,000 to provide the best turnaround time no others can match.
The production capacity of a simple testing fixture is 10,000 sets/week and a complicated testing fixture is 6,000 sets/week. For simple automation equipment and complicated automation equipment, our production capacity is 1,000 sets/week and 300 sets/week, respectively.
With our strong engineering teams, a testing fixture takes us no more than 3 days to complete an initial design, whereas automation equipment takes less than 10 days.
At ULMT, we also focus on quality, as we know that a Quality Product is crucial to win your trust. From raw material to complete fixture/equipment, we have incoming QC, in-process QC and outgoing QC for all key components and functions prior shipping. Our strict quality standards guarantee excellence in our fixture/equipment and performance that exceeds your expectation.

To be successful in the quick changing market and industry, ULMT invests on an ongoing basis in new technologies and recruits highly qualified engineers for its R&D department. Since its establishment in 2012,ULMT has already applied more than 47 patents in China.
Our test solutions and automation equipment integrate the latest technologies and combine the highest quality CCD systems, lasers and robot arms.
