MIC Sealing Test Fixture

1.Description 

 

The microphone sealing test fixture for testing FPC functions as follows:

1.  Product identification: by digital scanning gun to qr code identification products.

2. Mike air tightness detection: the MIC negative pressure suction, through high precision sensors pressure stability, if there is a welding broken ring discriminant MIC.

3..In the FPC line do short circuit test.

4.Mike audio detection: made by a voice module 1 k sine wave for the MIC acquisition, then the voice data from the PC to do FFT arithmetic, through the frequency, amplitude and THD analysis to determine the stand or fall of MIC.
