Gyroscope Testing Fixture/IMU

1.Description

1.The equipment is used to test three-dimensional accelerated velocity and three-dimensional gyroscope . It can test four to six products at the same time, the whole holder can be separated pick and place , which can improve the production speed , and can reduce the reject ratio of production process.

2.The communication of testing products used USB signal transition , it improved the ability of anti-jamming , so data can be conveyed stability. Rotation angle get feedback with encoder , which  reduce testing time , position control is  accurate.

 

 Working principle: X, Y, Z three axis USES the slip ring connection electrical signals, each arbitrary rotation axis 360 degrees, is not continuous data. Control panel to control motor rotation of different point of view, through the encoder to confirm. Equipment installed on the micro attitude heading reference system of IMU and tested product X, Y, Z three axis in the same direction, read gravity and velocity of IMU and DUT to compare, and then write the compensation results into the DUT calibration, rotary motion reads to confirm again.
